EYE & VISION EMERGENCY TREATMENT IN WOODBRIDGE & VAUGHAN
Optometrists are trained to treat eye disease and to handle ocular emergencies. We accept emergencies and are able to see patients if you have a red eye, are in pain or are experiencing a reduction in vision. We are able to remove foreign bodies and possess the equipment to correctly diagnose the problem. Walk-in clinics are able to see patients with eye problems but typically do not have the necessary equipment to examin the eye such as a slit lamp biomicroscope to provide a magnified view of the eye or binocular indirect ophthalmoscopes to examine the back of your eye through a dilated pupil if you experience blurred vision or flashes and floaters in your vision.
